Subscription & Billing Policy

This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") explains Avaplicity's current phone-first private beta and any future consumer paid plans we may launch. Avaplicity, Inc. ("Avaplicity," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Policy as part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Plans & Pricing

Avaplicity's current consumer offering is phone-first private beta. Paid plans will be introduced only after the phone-first loop proves useful enough to keep, and no paid checkout is live unless purchase terms are shown before you buy:

  • Private Beta: Free during validation and capped. Phone-first check-ins, a workday call rhythm by default, voice-first interaction with lightweight web or text re-entry where available, and one clear next step after each completed call. This is not a permanent free live-call promise.
  • Paid plans: Future paid offers may include a trial, but exact terms will be shown before anything is charged.
  • Pro: Not available yet. Pro pricing remains unpublished until the offer is live.

Features may vary during private beta validation. Any paid plan terms will be shown before purchase when paid subscriptions become available.

Future Purchases

  • Web checkout for future paid plans. Future paid plans are expected to use web checkout, not Apple In-App Purchase. The checkout page will identify the merchant, billing terms, trial conversion if applicable, and cancellation path before purchase.
  • Possible future App Store purchases. If paid subscriptions become available through Apple's App Store later, Apple may be the merchant of record and App Store subscription terms will apply.
  • Entitlements. We may use payment or entitlement providers to validate subscription status when paid access is active.

Auto-Renewal & Renewal Dates

  • Auto-renewal. When paid subscriptions become available, monthly plans will automatically renew for successive terms unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.
  • Billing timing. Paid checkout terms will state when the trial converts, when renewal charges occur, and how to cancel.
  • Managing your subscription. If paid access is active, the purchase flow or account surface will show the supported cancellation path.

Cancellations, Refunds & Proration

  • Cancel anytime. If paid subscriptions become available, you can cancel through the cancellation path shown in the purchase or account flow. After canceling, access to paid features continues until the end of your current paid term.
  • Refunds. Refund terms will be stated before purchase. If a purchase is made through a third-party store, that store's refund process may apply.
  • Upgrades & downgrades. Future plan changes, effective dates, and any proration will be shown before you confirm a change.

Private Beta Access

  • Temporary validation access. Private beta is free and capped while we validate the phone-first loop. We may modify features, availability, or transition to a paid offer with notice.
  • Workday call rhythm. Beta currently includes phone-first check-ins and a workday call rhythm by default during early access.
  • Voice-first with manual re-entry. Calls come first, with text or manual re-entry available where we make those surfaces available.
  • One clear next step. After each completed call, Avaplicity aims to leave you with one clear next step.

Fair-Use Limits

To protect service quality, we may enforce reasonable usage limits (e.g., rate limits, session length, daily/monthly activity). Excessive or abusive usage (including automated scraping, high-volume botting, or attempts to degrade service) may result in throttling, temporary limits, or suspension under our AUP.

Promotions, Trials & Coupons

  • Trials. Future paid offers may include a trial. The active checkout will show the trial length, conversion terms, and price before you confirm.
  • Promotions & coupon codes. From time to time we may run promotional pricing or provide codes. The checkout or store page will control the offer's terms, eligibility, and duration.

Price & Feature Changes

  • Price changes. We may change future paid plan prices. Paid plan terms will be shown before purchase, and active subscribers will receive notice of material paid-plan price changes where required.
  • Feature changes. We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in-app or by email where feasible.

Billing Issues & Chargebacks

When paid access becomes available: If the payment provider cannot charge your payment method, it may pause or cancel your subscription and we may remove paid entitlements until the issue is resolved. Repeated chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in suspension or termination under our Terms of Use.
