Subscription & Billing Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2025
This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") explains how Avaplicity, Inc. ("Avaplicity," "we," "us," or "our") offers, bills, renews, and cancels consumer subscriptions for the Avaplicity iOS app and related services (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Founder Beta (Free) Plan
- •Not a trial. Founder Beta is free during the beta period. We may modify features or availability with notice.
- •One scheduled check-in per day. Founder Beta includes one daily scheduled check-in via push reminder.
- •Voice-first with text fallback. Speak or type your thoughts during check-ins.
Fair-Use Limits
To protect service quality, we may enforce reasonable usage limits (e.g., rate limits, session length, daily/monthly activity). Excessive or abusive usage (including automated scraping, high-volume botting, or attempts to degrade service) may result in throttling, temporary limits, or suspension under our AUP.
Promotions, Trials & Coupons
- •Trials. If we offer a free or discounted trial in the future, the App Store will show the trial length and conversion terms before you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan per the offer terms.
- •Promotions & coupon codes. From time to time we may run promotional pricing or provide codes redeemable in the App Store. The store page will control the offer's terms, eligibility, and duration.
Price & Feature Changes
- •Price changes. We may change plan prices. Apple will notify you of any price increase and, where applicable, require your consent to continue. If you do not consent, your subscription will not renew at the increased price.
- •Feature changes. We may modify or discontinue features. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in-app or by email where feasible.
Billing Issues & Chargebacks
When Pro becomes available: If Apple cannot charge your Apple ID (e.g., payment method failure), Apple may pause or cancel your subscription and we may remove Pro entitlements until the issue is resolved. Repeated chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in suspension or termination under our Terms of Use.
