AI Use & Safety Notice

Known Limitations of AI

• •Accuracy & completeness. Outputs may be wrong, misleading, or omit key context.
• •Timeliness. Responses may not reflect the most current information.
• •Ambiguity & bias. AI can misinterpret ambiguous input or reflect biases present in training data or prompts.
• •Audio quirks. Background noise, accents, or connection issues can affect transcription quality.

Safe-Use Best Practices

• •Verify important facts. Cross-check critical information with trusted sources before acting.
• •Keep it appropriate. Follow our AUP; do not request harmful or unlawful content, and do not use outputs to deceive others.
• •Avoid highly sensitive data. Don't submit protected health information (PHI), financial account numbers, or others' personal data unless strictly necessary. See Privacy Policy.
• •Be transparent with others. If you use AI-generated content in professional or public contexts, disclose that you used AI.
• •Voice consent. Only record your own voice or obtain legally valid consent from anyone else recorded. Some U.S. states require two-party consent.

Safety Filters & Enforcement

We use automated and manual measures to reduce harmful content, but no system is perfect. We may refuse or stop responses, limit features, or take enforcement action (including suspension) to protect users and service integrity. See AUP and Terms of Use for details.

Your Content & Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for the content you submit and for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them.
• •You must have the rights and permissions to submit any content and to use generated outputs as you intend.
• •You agree not to use the Services to violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights of others.

Your Controls

• •Permissions. Control microphone, notifications, calendar, and reminders access in your device settings.
• •Data requests. To access, correct, or delete your data, email privacy@avaplicity.com. We'll verify your request and respond as required by law (see Your U.S. State Privacy Rights).
